Do you service window units?
No. Unfortunately, we don't service or do repairs for window units.
Do you do repairs for all AC units?
We do repairs for all central units. For all other units, we are certified to service the brands listed on our site. (These brands are available locally, benefiting our customers by saving on costs and offering greater availability of parts, products, and services.)
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay).
Do you offer rebates?
As an authorized contractor of Hawai’i Energy, we are working to get you maximum savings. Many of the systems we install qualify for rebates through Hawai’i Energy. Check if your system will qualify, and for existing systems, ask us how you can earn rebates for regular maintenance!
What do HVAC technicians do during a troubleshooting call?
When you call for a service, a tech will be sent to you at the earliest available appointment. Your technician will examine your system and perform tests, etc. They will provide information on their findings and an estimate. Upon approval, any repairs that can be done on-site will be completed in this appointment. For any repairs that require additional time and/or parts, an appointment will need to be made and parts ordered.
What Maintenance plans do you offer?
Our maintenance service makes sure it’s customized to your needs because we know everyone's situation is different. We offer a custom year-round maintenance plan for all our customers. Your HVAC system will be properly maintained by our licensed professionals, ensuring it’s running as effectively as possible.
Do you provide free estimates?
Absolutely! We provide complimentary estimates for all installations.
