Our thermostat panel wasn’t working. It was blank and had no power, but the fan in our central air system was still running. We thought it needed repair and scheduled an appointment with Craig’s A/C. The technician from Craig’s came to diagnose the problem. He discovered that we had to replace the AAA batteries in the thermostat panel. We were embarrassed and surprised because our prior thermostat didn’t use batteries. The technician explained that our prior thermostat was wired into the system, so no batteries were required. He was very understanding and informative. He took the time to show me where the battery compartment was located on the panel and how to open it up. He also made sure I knew how to set and how to reset the panel. He also made sure the system was running before leaving. When I received the invoice, I learned that Craig’s A/C didn’t charge me for the appointment. I really appreciated it! Next time I need to do repairs on my A/C, I will definitely call Craig’s A/C!
